Judy Hojel - Director - 1300 308 882
 


Judy Hojel is considered one of the top female executives in Australia today, with her most recent corporate role having been the Chief Executive Officer of Bras'n Things, a division of the publicly listed company Brazin. ( At that time, BNT had 135 stores, 1200 team members, a turnover of $150 million dollars and a share price of $4.40).

She began her career approximately 25 years ago with Woolworths, as the only female amongst a group of 125 Trainee Managers! Since that time, she has held a variety of Regional, State and National roles in different organisations and industries as well as having been the General Manager of three companies Bras'n Things, Oroton and Globell Glen (an investment and venture capital business). She has sat on the Board of many companies, including the TCFL Centre and the very successful business BridgeClimb.

Judy holds a Master's degree in Education, is a specialist in NLP and the author of over 500 training products and people performance systems. Her greatest strength has always been her ability to inspire others and quietly influence their attitudes and behaviours; as she believes this is what impacts the success of the individual as well as ultimately the success of the company.

   
Eddie Chong - - Director - 1300 308 882
 


Eddie has had over 27 years experience in management and business ownership from the Frontline through to General Management. At only 23 years of age, he was one of the owners of the Australian Bullion Company, a very successful company then turning over in excess of $20 million.

After selling his share in the business, Eddie pursued a very successful retail career with Woolworths, culminating in his senior corporate role as the National Scanning Manager, responsible for the development, implementation and national support of the computerised point of sale systems that are still in use today.

Eddie moved on to join Blackmore's/ Russell's Natural Food Markets as the General Manager before following his success in IT and Retail with a very successful business and management consultancy practise.

Eddie is considered one of the most accomplished business and corporate trainers in Australia today. His kind, warm, fun personality makes him well loved by his clients and their teams and ensures that the messages he delivers are actioned with positive behaviours and improved results, long after the training has been completed!
