Times and Locations of the Courses?
 
   
     
 
Morning Courses commence at 9.00am and finish at 12.30pm. Registration commences at 8.30am and we serve Morning Tea. Afternoon Courses commence at 2.00pm and finish at 5.30pm. Registration for the Afternoon Courses begins at 1.30pm and Afternoon Tea is provided.
Courses with Part One and Part Two
count as two separate Courses and are given in the Morning and the Afternoon, although you may choose to attend these on different days.
   
All Courses are held in Sydney City because it is an easy and convenient location for all Attendees. The Venues may vary due to numbers participating in each Course. They are always confirmed in a separate email to you after we have received your Booking Form.
   
Each of our Short Courses is held approximately every nine weeks, with Courses beginning at the end of January and going through to early December.
   
 
Benefits of Short Courses?
     
 
 
Studies have repeatedly shown that training material is better retained by business professionals when it is given in short, sharp bursts. We have chosen to break down topics so that we can really focus in depth on the subject, rather than trying to fit in too much content, thus overwhelming everyone!
   
   
Experience tells us that people return refreshed and remotivated, ready to apply the material they have learned not only from us, but from other Attendees in different organisations. In addition, External Courses are seen to be far more of a privilege than internal training and more likely to be taken seriously!
         
Are Courses ever cancelled?
     
 
 
We make every endeavour not to cancel Courses. However should there be less than 5 Attendees at a Course, we will ask you to re-schedule to another time. As all our Courses are held approximately every nine weeks, there is not too much waiting between Courses!
   
   
 
Non-attendance, Illness and Registration?
     
     
 
When you purchase a Gold Card, each of your 10 Course Tickets are fully transferable to another person. This means that you may give them to another person of your choice, even from another business.
   
 
Should the selected Attendee be ill, we will happily accept substitutes from your business, however no refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.
   
 
Cancellations from a Course previously booked must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the Course Date. After that, all bookings are considered final.
     
 
Bookings for Courses are accepted up until the day prior to the Course for financial Gold Card holders if seats are available. However we would urge you to book early so that you don't miss out.
     
 
Courses must be booked please for each person using the Registration Form so that we have a written copy of your booking. You can find this on the website or we will email or fax you a copy. Registration Forms are automatically included with your Gold Card Package.
     
Your Registration will be confirmed by Email or Fax for each Attendee to the Contact Person you have nominated for you Business. As each Attendee receives a Certificate, please pay close attention to the correct spelling of their name!
   
 
Purchasing Individual Courses?
     
     
 
Yes, of course you may purchase individual Courses from any of the 50 External Short Courses we offer. Each Course is $350.00 plus GST and your payment must be received one week prior with your Registration Form please.
     
How many attend each Course?
     
     
 
As stated above, we will hold Courses for a minimum of 5 people. The maximum number of Attendees we prefer is no more than 50 to allow for strong interaction and active learning environments.
